Terms of service

The site provides a set of online tools covering text processing, encoding, formatting, image work, developer utilities, design and calculations. The service is provided as it stands; we may add, change or retire individual tools at any time, and may briefly interrupt service for maintenance.

The site is currently free of charge. Should paid features be introduced later, existing free tools will not become chargeable retroactively, and any change will be announced on the page in advance.

You must comply with the laws that apply to you and take responsibility for the content you process here. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Forging or altering government documents, certificates or seals, or producing any credential intended to impersonate someone or deceive a third party
• Infringing intellectual property, trade secrets, likeness rights, reputation or other lawful interests of others
• Creating or distributing unlawful or harmful material, including fraud, gambling or sexual content
• Making automated high-frequency requests, circumventing rate limits, probing for vulnerabilities or otherwise disrupting the service
• Reselling the service, in whole or in part, or repackaging it as your own product or for commercial redistribution

The design, code, copy and icons of this site belong to us. You are free to use whatever the tools produce — converted files, generated images and so on — and we make no claim over those outputs.

You retain all rights to what you enter. Because most tools process data inside your browser, we usually neither see nor retain it.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Where applicable law does not allow such a limitation, it applies only to the extent the law permits.

You may stop using the site at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service with reasonable notice; for tools whose removal would matter, we will try to say so on the page in advance so you can plan around it.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. A revised version is published on this page with a new effective date, and where a change materially affects rights or obligations we will make that plain on the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms or from use of the site should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring the matter before the competent people's court where the operator is based.
