Electronic Seal Maker

Make a seal image in four layouts: round company seal, oval invoice seal, square personal seal and rectangular statement stamp. Type the organisation name and the seal title and the preview updates live — the round seal uses the real double-ring plus five-pointed star arrangement with characters rotated along the top arc, and the square seal lays out two to four characters in the traditional top-right, bottom-right, top-left, bottom-left order. Typography is fully adjustable: type size (55–145%), letter spacing (tighter to wider) and margin (pushes the text in from the border) are three independent controls — changing one does not quietly change another. Tune ink colour, diameter (30–50mm) and typeface too; on the round seal the outer and inner rings are controlled separately and the inner ring can be switched off for the very common single-ring contract stamp, with each ring's weight set independently — thickening the inner ring grows it inward so it never crowds the text. Add wear, tilt and opacity so it looks stamped rather than pasted. Export a 300 DPI transparent PNG for Word, PDF or a mock-up. Everything is drawn in your browser and nothing is uploaded. The output is an image, not a legally binding e-signature — use it for mock-ups and layout previews only.

How to use

  1. Pick a layout: round company seal, oval invoice seal, square personal seal or rectangular stamp
  2. Type the text — the organisation name curves along the top arc, the square seal takes two to four characters, the bar stamp wraps to fit
  3. Set the type: type size scales the glyphs, name spacing opens or tightens the gaps along the top arc, and margin pushes the whole line in from the border — the three do not interfere (margin never shrinks the type, spacing never changes its size, and spacing only affects the organisation name, not the seal title underneath)
  4. Adjust style and texture: ink colour and diameter; on the round seal you can hide the inner ring, and each ring's weight is set separately
  5. Hit Download PNG for a 300 DPI transparent image, or Copy image to paste it straight into a chat
