Text Wrap and Unwrap
Reflow text to a column width — a CJK character counts as two columns, a Latin letter as one — breaking preferably at spaces and punctuation, or strictly by width, while keeping closing punctuation off the line start. Unwrap mode rejoins hard-wrapped text from PDFs, adding spaces between English words and removing end-of-line hyphens.
Width is measured in monospace columns: a CJK character is 2 columns, a Latin letter 1. So 60 columns holds about 30 Chinese characters or 60 English ones.
